The initiative to build the business park in Nieuwvliet was taken by a group of enthusiastic Nieuwvliet entrepreneurs. Because of its situation close to the coast and along the Breskens-Sluis road, the site offers an attractive establishment option to companies that are directly or indirectly involved in the tourist sector along the coast.
