Spuiweg is a local business park, whose main purpose it is to provide space for expansion, reestablishment and relocation to existing companies in the inner city that have to move to a more suitable place because of their environmental impact or the lack of scope for development. The site is also intended for new businesses that provide local services.

Bruinisse

The Bruinisse Business Park is a local site with translocal development options for companies involved in aqua business. The site accommodates existing companies from inside and outside Bruinisse, and also businesses from outside the region that wish to focus on the local market. It also specifically allocates space to the development of maricultures and other port-related business activities.

De Roterij (Haamstede)

The De Roterij Business Park is a local site that has been developed for companies that provide services in Kop van Schouwen, the most western corner of the island. 

De Weel (Nieuwerkerk)

The De Weel Business Park in Nieuwerkerk is intended as a relocation or reestablishment location for local companies that leave the village for reasons related to local planning or environmental health. The site also accommodates new businesses that provide local services.

Oosterland

The Oosterland Business Park is a location for companies that are unsuitable for establishment in the village due to environmental reasons.

Duinzoom (Renesse)

The Duinzoom Business Park is a site that is intended specifically for the relocation of a few existing companies from Renesse, in order to deal with existing congested areas. Relocation of the companies is necessary because of traffic-related and environmental reasons, but also because of economic considerations. A number of lots is intended for companies that are active in the retail trade. This site is not intended for the establishment of new businesses.

De Lelie (Scharendijke)

The purpose of the De Lelie Business Park in Scharendijke is to enable relatively small companies that cause nuisance in the village to relocate, and also to accommodate new businesses from the area. These are businesses that focus on the local market.

Boerenweg (Zierikzee)

The Boerenweg Business Park is a location for the establishment of large-scale retail traders, in combination with office facilities. The site also accommodates businesses that would cause nuisance at other locations in the town.

Straalweg (Zierikzee)

Straalweg is a modern business park with easy access. The site is currently being expanded.

Business Park (Zierikzee)

The Business Park is being developed in order to be able to accommodate companies that wish to become representative of the municipality's image. It aims to create a high-quality, representative image, in terms of its layout and design as well as its choice of companies. Peripheral retail traders to whom a high-quality image is important also fit very well into this picture.
