This mixed business park is situated immediately on the A58. It is intended in particular for companies whose main activity is logistics, transport or wholesale. The site is aimed mainly at local business activity.

Olzendepolder (Yerseke)

This site is close to Yerseke, the national centre for crustacean and shellfish cultures.  It is only 5 km from the A58 motorway (Bergen op Zoom- Vlissingen).  This motorway ensures good access to the Western Scheldt Tunnel. The crustacean and shellfish processing companies are established in the immediate surroundings of the Olzendepolder Business Park. On this site it is possible to obtain fresh seawater.

Nishoek (Kruiningen)

The existing mixed business site has recently been expanded. The recent expansions were aimed mainly at companies from the agribusiness sector and small and medium-sized businesses. This site is located immediately on the A58 motorway. The Kruiningen-Yerseke intercity train station is only a stone's throw away. A fast link route is available from this location to Belgium and the North of France via the Western Scheldt Tunnel.
