Middelburg
Arnestein
Covering an area of 132 hectares, Arnestein is the largest business park in Middelburg. This mixed business park accommodates both large, internationally operating companies and starting enterprises. The Arnestein Business Park consists of two parts: Arnestein I, or Arnestein Zuid (South), and Arnestein II, or Arnestein Noord (North). Arnestein I is situated closely to the A58 and will benefit from the construction of the N57 in the future. The businesses that are established here include transport, logistics and steel construction companies.
Mortiere
Adjacent to the A58, business park "Mortiere in bedrijf" is currently being developed. Land for high-quality business activity is still available on this site. The Mortiere Business Park has a central situation at a very visible location. Several companies have already opened their doors. A visual quality plan has been drawn up in order to guarantee quality at "Mortiere in bedrijf".

Ramsburg
The Ramsburg Business Park is on the edge of Middelburg on the north side of the Canal through Walcheren. This mixed business park covers an area of approximately 37 hectares. No land is currently available at Ramsburg. It is possible that this site will be (partly) transformed into a residential area in the future.
Stromenpoort
Stromenpoort is the name of a strip of land situated between Nieuwe Vlissingseweg and the Vlissingen-Middelburg Fire Station. The site offers accommodation to four or five institutions that can be classified as social enterprises.
Veldzigt
Adjacent to Stationsgebied, the Veldzigt Office Park is under development. Both Stationsgebied and this site are A1 locations. Veldzigt is situated along Schroeweg, which is the most important access road to Middelburg. Over the next couple of years 17,000 m2 of office space, distributed among 10 buildings, will be completed here.
Stationsgebied
Stationsgebied (station area) is situated along the Canal through Walcheren; it is being developed as the modern heart of the city. It includes the offices of the municipality, the Zeeland Islands District Water Board, and the Zeeland Public Works Department. Stationsgebied is a genuine A1 location; it is close to the railway and the historic monuments of the inner city, and it is also easily accessible.
