Smokkelhoek

The Smokkelhoek Business Park is on the east side of the village of Kapelle-Biezelinge, immediately after the exit of the A58 national trunk road. A number of large businesses are established on the site, such as Coroos Conserven, Sligro/Prima Foods, Hapro, Kole Transport, Van Marcke Foods, Beenhakker Revalidatietechnieken and Hoondert Staalbouw.

The business park was radically revitalized in the years 2004 and 2005. A number of new roads have been built, and existing roads have been improved. These infill locations mean that sufficient options are available for new businesses to establish themselves in the short term. Once they have been used up, the municipality still has an option - approved by the planning authority - to expand on the east side.

Choorhoek

The Choorhoek Business Park is on the east side of Wemeldinge, in the area adjacent to the marina. The site is dominated by the grain storage shed of CZAV and the Ecotank storage tanks. As this business park has used its maximum capacity, no further lots are available.
