’s Gravenpolder

The 's-Gravenpolder Business Park is a mixed site. It is situated on the N666, approximately 4 km from the A58 national trunk road. All the land at 's-Gravenpolder has now been allocated.

Noordzak (Heinkenszand)

The Noordzak Business Park is a mixed site at an outstanding location. It has a central position between Goes and Vlissingen, immediately along the A58 national trunk road.

Sloegebied

The Vlissingen-Oost seaport and industrial site is in the western part of Borsele. This business park of approximately 2,200 hectares, as well as Kanaalzone, situated on the other side of the Western Scheldt, is managed by the Zeeland Seaports port authority. The municipalities of Borsele, Terneuzen, Vlissingen and the Province of Zeeland are shareholders of this port authority. The activities that take place in Sloegebied include the following: basic and offshore industry, oil-refining, storage and transfer of products such as fruit, metal, timber and ores, and energy generation.

Sloepoort

The Sloepoort business park is situated at the access road of the dock area of Vlissingen-Oost (Sloegebied) and the Western Scheldt Tunnel. From Sloepoort there is a direct link to Sloegebied. Goes, Middelburg and Vlissingen, as well as Terneuzen and the Kanaalzone docks and industrial site, are less than a 10-minute journey from Sloepoort. This new site is currently being developed. Sloepoort will accommodate activities such as port-related business activity, transport & distribution, wholesale, VAL activities, as well as companies from the Municipality of Borsele that exceed the level for urban areas and cannot be accommodated at local sites. The site will be managed by Zeeland Seaports.
